Return and Exchange Instructions

If you would like to apply for a return or an exchange, just go through our easy self-service return process (via My Account).

In order to make sure you have a smooth return process, please follow the simple instructions below:

A. If you have registered an account when you place your order

1. Goto "My Account"

2. Click on "Product Returns" once you're logged in

B. If you did not create an account when you place your order(as Guest)

Please send us an email at rma@fannycrown.com with the following informations:

1. Your order number.

2. The product you wish to return.

3. Reason of return: In order to speed up the return process, please be as precise as possible. The indicated reason will be the one we look for when we receive your package. Please give us an example of where the defect could be found if possible.

Once we receive your return request, we will send you a "return authorization number" by email.
Please make sure the return parcel is well packed, and the return package authorization form is attached. Kindly copy the return authorization number on the parcel (make sure it's visible and indelible) for quicker identification once it arrives at our warehouse.

All parcels without return authorization number will be automatically rejected.

Send the parcel to the address indicated on the return authorization. We will inform you by email as soon as we receive your return package.

A refund will be issued on your purchasing credit card within maximum 30 days starting from the day we receive your parcel in our warehouse.


Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may change your mind for several unexpected reasons, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that once the creation process has begun the materials cannot be reused. The good news is that you still have time to make up your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.

Order Cancellations

- Orders canceled within 24 hours of order confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

- Orders canceled 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.

- Orders canceled after 3 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.

- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returning For Exchange or Refund

Your satisfaction is important to us. Upon the arrival of your package, please check and make sure that the dress has been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.

If you are returning or exchanging dresses, please notice that all returned dresses should be carefully inspected. Any sign of wear, any amount of smell, stain, pet hair, missing or sign of wear showing on tag will disqualify for exchange and refund.

Defective, Damaged or Miss-shipped Items

You are eligible for a refund of the full purchase price plus shipping costs for defective, damaged or miss-shipped items. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must let us know by submitting feedback about the packaging and send us "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier.

Sizing or Fitting Issues

As all of our dresses are handmade and custom tailored, the finished dress size may have minor errors, but it only varies by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our dressmakers have created all our dresses with additional fabric to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.

Dress is not the size you ordered

Should your dress size differ largely from the specifications of your order, we strongly encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100% of the product price in tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.

Dress is the size you ordered but does not fit

Dresses that do not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.As our dresses are made with additional fabric in the seams, you can still make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at your own cost.

Please note: if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.

Color Mismatch

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on our website. Slight color mismatches between the color of your dress and the color shown on screen cannot mean that the dress is defective or miss-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.
